Our Mission
We worship our Motherland. We love our countrymen. We shall do our best for Her and for ‘poor, deprived, illiterate, untouchable Brothers’ as Swamiji has told us. We shall inspire the young generation to join the path shown by Swamiji and try to fulfill His vision, shouldering willingly the responsibility, as He hoped the Youth should bear.
We have no big fund, only a small box at Vivekananda Dham where members donate as they wish. There are no hard and fast criteria for depositing donation. Member also genarating fund by selling Laminated Pictures. We got good response wherever we sell in Holy occasions like Thakurs Celebration at Belur Math and Sarisha Ashrama. We have no formal organizational structure. We do not feel its needed to do work. We only want more like-minded people to join us; more willingness to serve; intense love and spontaneity. We hope that members living in different areas will act as centers sharing, helping, supporting suffering humanity and also inspire people to establish themselves; to become self-sufficient.. Through all these small activities we want to change our self- centered existence into selflelessness; our restlessness into Peace and Love. We only aspire to develop a habit of helping others for our own well-being.
